Warranty

1. Coverage

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and construction.

2. Warranty Period

The warranty period is 24 months from the date of delivery.

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

3. Conditions

The warranty applies only to products used under normal conditions and for their intended purpose.

4. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover normal wear, ageing of leather, misuse, damage caused by external factors or improper handling.

Natural changes in leather, including softening, darkening and patina, are part of the material and are not considered defects.

5. Claims

Claims must be reported without undue delay after the issue has been identified.

To submit a claim, contact info@ferrowofficial.com with a description and clear photos of the product.

Each case is assessed individually.

6. Resolution

If a defect is confirmed, the product will be repaired or replaced.

If repair or replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued.

7. Shipping

Shipping costs related to warranty claims are borne by the customer, unless a defect is confirmed.
