Natural variations in material, colour and texture are inherent and are not considered defects.

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

Orders are processed after payment has been received.

FERROW reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of incorrect information or product unavailability.

4. Delivery

Orders are shipped from Italy.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on availability, production and transport conditions.

FERROW is responsible for the order until it has been delivered to the customer.

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

FERROW does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or external factors.

FERROW is not liable for any damages resulting from the temporary unavailability of the website.

6. Liability

FERROW is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of its products or website.

Liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

Ownership of the product transfers after full payment has been received.
