You can return your order within 14 days of delivery.

Condition of Items

Items must be unused and returned in original condition, including all packaging and protective materials.

Used items, damaged items or items showing signs of handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product are not accepted.

Natural variations in leather, including marks, grain and colour differences, are inherent to the material and are not considered defects.

Return Process

After approval, return instructions will be provided.

Items must be returned within 14 days after the return has been approved.

Defects and Damage

If a product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact info@ferrowofficial.com without undue delay after delivery.

Include the order number, a short description and clear photos.

Each case is assessed individually.

If a defect is confirmed, the product will be repaired or replaced.

Refunds are issued only if repair or replacement is not possible.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Return shipping costs are covered by FERROW only in case of confirmed defects or shipping damage.
