When that moment comes, the product is repaired — not replaced.

Repairs are carried out through our Italian workshop, by craftsmen familiar with the original construction and materials.

Repairs may include edge restoration, handle reinforcement, hardware replacement and restitching.

Each repair is assessed individually.

Costs and shipping are borne by the customer.

Repair is part of the lifecycle.
