FERROW delivers within the European Union.

For destinations outside the European Union, shipping is arranged on request.

Shipments are handled through DHL Express.

Tracking details are provided once the order has been dispatched.

Responsibility

FERROW is responsible for the order until it has been delivered to the customer.

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.
